Young artists from the painting school of Cluj – II

For the second time and in cooperation with the ‘ Universitatea de Arta si Design Cluj ‘,
the gallery presented a selection of the graduates from it’s painting department.
( 28 November 2009 till 17 January 2010)
In recent years the University of Art and Design Cluj established a solid reputation, whilst several artists that have or are in the course of building an international career graduated there.
Since it’s start, September 2006, the gallery had been showing mostly young Romanian artists so this project came as a logical next step.
This year 5 graduates were selected to participate (all BA and thus very young):
Dragos Badita, Alexandra Bodea, Robert Fekete, Ioana Iacob and Sergiu Toma.
As last year Bogdan Iacob acted as curator of the exhibition.
The gallery endeavour to repeat this project every year and in the same period
